Copying and Pasting profiles?

Post by epsteel54 »

Hi there,
Because of the issues I have trying to upload my dive data, I have taken to upload to a transfer DB, then import the dives if successful. I am more interested in the profiles. Static data I can key in myself.

This trip I am diving on 32 and 36. Uploade data shows that.
Yesterday I could not upload for love or money, so I keyed in all the data.
Today I tried again and lo and behold, I managed to upload the data.
Now all I needed was the two profiles from one DB to another, so I copied and pasted profiles.
However after pasting the profile says Air, not EANnn.?

I know I can go in and change the gas, which I have done, but why does it not recognise the gas from the source DB?

TIA

Profile data does not contain gas information, only a TankID which was used at that time. Gas information is stored in the tank data.
