Line up items and custom defined fields

Hello there

I am trying to design my layout. It is going slowly but surely. When I pick up items from the list, sometimes they come with an alignment that I want to change. Maybe I can better explain wth an image. How do I make EXIT TIME identical to ENTRY TIME?

The other question is how to create a custom-defined field?
