I am trying this app and, to be honest, I am kind of struggling . There are a few things that I don't understand, but I will battle on and try to make sense out of it. My most pressing question is: how can I see what data is being imported from my Suunto EON Core? Looks like all the info comes in and it is matched with a field in Diving Log except SAC. The values for my SAC displayed on the Diving Log App are vastly different from the ones on my Suunto. I suppose that the app calculates SAC based on the info that it imports. Is it possible to override this?
Many Thanks
Normally it shouldn't be too different, do you have some examples? Are you sure you've entered everything correctly, especially tank size and working pressure if you're using imperial units.
Thank you for replying. Yes, I believe that everything is correct. I will double-check again. My sac rate is not great, and it varies quite a bit. According to the Suunto computer, it sits mostly between 17 and 20. On the diving log app, it always sits well above 21.
I will have a look at the link you sent, but my question remains: is it possible to look at the incoming data from Suunto and create a new field where the SAC (from the Suunto) can sit?
In the "Advanced" tab of the logbook window in then Windows version, you find user defined fields. You can rename one to "SAC" and enter the value from the Suunto.
