iOS to android

Post by Jinxzy »

Hello, so I bought the app from the appstore and I downloaded this on my android and I bought the computer download add on.

I don't use windows I use linux so the windows version is no interest to me. My logbook is on the iOS version and I am trying to sync it to the android version.

I have tried both Google drive and Onedrive but they don't see the uploaded .sql file

Please help :D

Hi

At the very first time, you cannot use the normal sync function in this case. You have to pick the file "manually", e.g. by using "Other Cloud" in the sync dialog. When you press on "Download" in this case, you'll get a file picker and can manually pick the file from the cloud drive. Alternatively you can use the "Import" menu item in the "Logbook Management" screen to retrieve the file from the cloud or another drive.

Once you've done that, you can switch back to the real cloud provider and upload/download normally.

Let me know if you have still problems or question.

Kind regards,
Sven
