Can PDC serial number become a variable for reference?

Hello Sven,

I added my PDC to the equipment list along with the serial number.

But there is no column for serial number when looking at Logbook -> Additional -> Equipment.

I would like to add the serial number on the logbook main page underneath the dive computer but I cannot find an easy way to do this. It appears the serial number is not a variable to be referenced.

Is there a way to make anything into a variable to be referenced?

No, this field is not shown in the logbook window. You would have to add the serial number to the equipment name field, then it is shown in the logbook as well.
