Thanks inferno,

I have books on HTML, CSS and Javascript sat on my shelves but have never got around to completing them. Perhaps this is the excuse I need to restart my web development training before tryign to get stuck into PHP & MySQL.

Baby steps for now but this should keep me occupied over winter.

i started experimenting with iframes and that makes it very easy to use phpdivinglog in your wordpress site

yes iframe's are possible, however there should be a native plugin if you ask me

This should get some love I suppose, but maybe when I start diving again (last dive is almost 4 years ago...)
