Ratio iX3M 2: Incorrect time setting on the dive computer during sync

During dive transfer from my Ratio iX3M 2 I select the checkbox "sync time" .
However, the divecomputer is set to the wrong time:
- the timezone is correct (now it is set to +2: 1 real and one for daylight saving time)
- the time is 2 hours ahead of the correct one; it's as if it already adds the timezone hours to the time.

Is it in Windows or Android? Is the timezone set to zero after the sync?
