I am an experienced DL6 user. I recently replaced my old PC for one with USB-C ports only and I am now having difficulty downloading from the dive computer.
I am using a Sunuuto Zoop Novo which I have used for several years, with a zoop cable that is also "known good" When I connect the download cable to the zoop Novo and I plug in the other end into the PC (using a UBC to C adaptor that comes with the PC) the Zoop successfully enters Data Transfer Mode, but there are no connections available in the Downloader.
Am I missing some drivers? I installed a new version of the app from the web. Any help would be appreciated.
