Profile charts in Layouts

Hi -- I have managed to establish a custom layout today; however, I am having trouble getting the charts to display what I want.

I would like to have three charts, one under the other, that sets out (1) Depth; (2) Tank pressure; (3) Temperature. This data is contained within Profile 1 and Profile 2 I think... how do you select the column you want from each profile?

Also, is there a way of charting derived data, e.g. SAC rate?

Right click into any profile to switch to other data. SAC is also available.
