Entry Type Field

I have brought the Diving Log touch version and now evaluating the desktop version as well. The program is brilliant with a lot of great features, However both the Touch and desktop seem to be limited on the Entry: Field i.e. only Boat and Shore are selectable.
My question, is it possible to add more entry types to the list e.g. Pier/Jetty

Thank you very much! Yes, the entry field is currently limited to the available options. The idea behind "Shore" was, that it meant any land based entry, so Pier/Jetty would be also "Shore". However there is some feedback for more options, so I'll look into extending that. But this isn't easy, because it involves several apps and developers and can easily break applications.

Hello, what would you suggest to use for in-land cave entries? Shearwater lists 'landside' as a generic term for these type of entries which I consider a fair option, but happy to hear your thoughts.

I would use "Shore" as there is not better fitting entry available. I agree that landside would be a better term in English. You could also create a special "Dive Type" entry for these kind of dives, as you can edit this list.
