Cannot Sync Windows PC with iOS

Post by alvarezj23 »

When I connect my iPhone or my iPad to my PC to synchronize via Wi-Fi, the files look like they are sent to the PC (the green progress bar goes to completion), then a message on the PC says "Converting" sits there indefinitely. I let it do its thing overnight. I just closed it. I tried on 2 different PC's that I use to backup my logbook.

I tried this with PC version 6.0.27 and 6.0.28 and iOS version 3.7.1(3.116), same results when I updated Dive Log 6.0

Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. This was working fine back in January.

Thank you.

Hi

Usually this is a firewall problem. Do you have any 3rd party firewall or security software installed? If so, please have a look here:

Restarting iPhone and Router usually also helps. Make also sure you're connected to the private WiFi network with both devices and not to the guest network.

Kind regards,
Sven
