Because of the issues I have trying to upload my dive data, I have taken to upload to a transfer DB, then import the dives if successful. I am more interested in the profiles. Static data I can key in myself.

Does anyone have a reccomendation for a guaranteed lead to work with the above please?
I get intermittent results from a set of leads I have. Even the dedicated original lead will not work with what I have.
I also have conflicts with drivers for other PL2303 devices.

OK,
I can update the logbook profile from the imported logbook via an access query, and they look the same, but the logbook shows as nitrox, when the imported one is on air, which was the case for the last two dives?

I did try a copy and paste via fields in Access, but it would not do it?

I thought about creating a new logbook :idea: , and low and behold all the dives in the memomouse were downloaded and I selected them all. They were downloaded on the first attempt. :?:

I think I know why the profile was there.
I copied from previous dive, trying to get mostly the same data in all the right places, rather than to have to type it all in all the time?

That appears to have copied the profile.
So how would I delete the profile for the copied dives please?

Something really screwy here.

Hi, here is Cozumel, several dive sites have similar names like Punta Sur and Punta Sur Sur, or Columbia and Columbia Deep.

If one has dived Columbia Deep and then dives Columbia, how does one enter that? as if I try just Columbia and a space, or even no space, when I tab out I get Columbia Deep.

No my own computer, which I have had for years. Battery is 66%
Bought new USB to serial lead and had that working at home.
When I do get it to work, it says No new dives found, but the memomouse shows the dives transferred OK on the green light?

Is there a way to repeat values from a previous record(s)

For instance, I am now in Cozumel and a lot of the data is repeated, weights, tank etc. Same would likely apply whereever you are?

In my Access DBs, I would perhaps use a double click on the control to put that value in quickly ...
